Right of Withdrawal.
for Services
1. Withdrawal Period
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins:
- for services, on the day the contract is concluded;
- for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, on the day you receive confirmation of access.
To exercise the right, simply notify us in writing (email or post) within the 14-day window. Your notice must include your name, contact details, contract date, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right does not apply if:
- the service has been fully performed and you explicitly agreed to commencement before the withdrawal period expired;
- the service is customized (e.g. personal mentoring, tailored strategies);
- you have already accessed or downloaded digital content and consented to immediate supply;
- you finance the service via an installment plan – withdrawal is excluded once the contract is signed, as resources are committed upfront.
3. Consequences of Withdrawal
We will refund all payments received, excluding:
- the value of services already rendered up to the withdrawal point;
- non-refundable administrative or setup fees.
Refunds for partially used services are calculated pro-rata, based on the proportion delivered and any one-time costs incurred.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval and are issued via the original payment method. Banking or conversion fees are borne by you.
Refunds are declined if the request is outside the statutory period or if you have substantially benefited from/violated the terms of the service.
5. How to Withdraw
Send a written notice to customerhelp@evytradinggroup.com including:
- your full name and contact details
- contract or order date
- clear statement that you wish to withdraw
We will confirm receipt and outline the next steps within two business days.
